Milestone Session

A fresh take on the modern day baby portraits. Six-nine month milestones photo-session.

Also called a “sitter session“, when the photographer highlights the new baby’s sitting milestone.

Bear in mind; not all babies can sit upright unassisted at the six-months-old milestone. The baby is still discovering its balance and all babies achieve ‘balance’ at different times during their first year. You should bring the baby to the session when you feel your child can sit solidly, and not wobble or fall to one side. These photoshoots are best for babies able to sit unassisted. You can consider bringing the baby at seven months-old or later to make sure the session won’t be a struggle for the baby.

In this first year, the baby changes more than ever.
